Dave Verkh

Dave Verkh graduated in 2019 from the International American University – College of Medicine. He attended the University of Western Ontario, majoring in microbiology and immunology; particularly interested in the inflammatory response, certain interleukins, and vascular adhesion molecules. He is a contributor to the European Medical Journal’s Blog, writing about certain cases he was a part of, as well the mental health of students and physicians. He believes that we are able to create a system that does not cause the extreme burden and hardship on students, residents, and healthcare providers, and is working with physicians and policymakers towards creating a better future for medical providers
