Dr. Richard Rusk is Manitoba’s Medical Officer of Health for Communicable Diseases. He received his MD and Masters of Public Health (MPH) both from the University of Manitoba. He has a Diploma in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from the American Board of Preventive Medicine.
